No one is excluded from stress; everybody experience it everyday, the fcators may diffre but the effect will still be both physical and mental breakdown. When we experience stress for prolonged periods of time it can result to loosing our coping mechanism leading to physical and mental breakdown.

While it may be important to know where your stress comes from, what’s necessary is to mange it effectively. This way, your coping mechanism can remain in perfect condition allowing you to handle future stressful situations with relative ease and flair. When faced with a lot of difficult situations ahead, its highly adviced to do some activities that would prevent stress build up. Stress can work for us or against us; it just depend on how we manage it. There will be situations that demands your immediate action to prevent it to fall apart. Taking slow deep breaths will release the tension that you are feeling. Inhale deeply from the nose, hold the air on your nose then exhale it after a couple of seconds through your mouth. As with the popular saying says “in goes the good air, out goes the bad”.

Thou shalt not let your mind focus on negative thoughts. Well if it was a rule in the bible it would work like that. But the idea will not change. Focusing on the “what ifs” will surely make things even worst. Not to mention that it has the possibilty of not letting you do anything when you think what might happen. If something really needs to be resolved, do your best to resolve it, if the result is positve then it’s good, if not just think that you’ve given your best and move on.
Value the people that are close to you. It does not matter they happened to be one of your friends, family, or relatives. When you are in a hole, you can count on them on helping you get out. If you feel that what you are feeling is beginning to affect you terribly, talk to someone about it. You never know, they might have an answer ready for you; all you need to do is tell them what it’s about.
